Negotiation Workshop for Graduate Students & Postdocs

Negotiation gets easier when you know exactly what you want. This workshop starts with getting grounded in your own values and priorities, because that clarity is often what makes it possible to negotiate in the first place. From there, you'll have space to practice, talk through common barriers that hold people back from negotiating, and build comfort with the conversation itself.
