Flow & Play (free yoga & games in the park)

Remember when moving your body wasn't about reps, calories, or doing it “right”- it was just FUN?! Come spend an evening under the setting sun with us for a free 90-minute experience designed to get you out of your head, into your body, and connected with the people around you. 🌳✨ We’ll start by slowing things down with a playful, grounding yoga flow led by Amanda. ]No prior yoga experience is necessary- Amanda will guide you through different variations of each pose so you can find what feels good in your body. This full-body flow combines stretching and intentional movement with the practice of simply being present—conscious and aware of the moment you're actually in. We’ll practice deep breathing and moving with purpose. Then we'll take that grounded energy and turn up the PLAY! Allison will lead us through Adult Recess-style games designed to get grown-ups moving, laughing, being ridiculous, and connecting without the awkward small talk. Think: • playful icebreakers • movement games • partner & team challenges • childhood-inspired games with grown-up twists • absolutely no need to be “good” at any of it We play for FUN, not for sport. You don't need to be athletic, flexible, good at yoga, or naturally outgoing. All experience and fitness levels are welcome. We'll wrap up with some time to hang out, meet new people, and connect. Bring a yoga mat, water, clothes you feel comfortable moving in, and an openness to being a little silly! COST: FREE! This event is also a little taste of what we're creating at OFF-LEASH: A Rechilding Retreat Nov. 6th-8th a weekend centered around play, movement, nature, presence, and authentic connection. Whether you're curious about the retreat or just want to come play and move with us for an evening, we want you here. 💛
