Fall 2026 LIFT Consulting Application

Are you an incoming UT Austin junior, senior, or graduate student looking to gain real-world experience in consulting and sustainability? 🚀 Apply to be part of the Global Sustainability Leadership Institute's selective Fall 2026 LIFT cohort and gain career-ready skills! GSLI’s LIFT (Longhorn Impact Fellowship at Texas) connects students with organizations to solve meaningful sustainability challenges. Below are some helpful facts. · Projects are often related to corporate sustainability practices, reporting questions, market research for new innovations, corporate philanthropy, sustainable investing, and more. · All UT Austin juniors, seniors, and graduate students (by years in school, NOT credit) may apply - this means all majors! · Students should have strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills. · Teams work 5-10 hours a week on their projects and finish by mid-December. · Leadership opportunities are available. Some students may even win one of a couple of LIFT Scholarships! · Students gain valuable experience to showcase to future employers, make lasting community connections, and sharpen critical thinking skills useful in any career. · Fall clients include companies like AMD and Arca Continental, as well as nonprofits like Goodwill!
